Shengze is a leading and professional manufacturer of fiberglass prodcts for over 20 years,which integrates design, R&D, production, sales, service and import and export business.
Our Factory
The company's main factory is located in the beautiful coastal city of Qinhuangdao,with 120 employees,4 senior engineers and 12 engineers,forming a professional technical management team of resin matrix composites with rich experience.
The main factory area of the company is 10000,including the comprehensive office building 2000 and the production workshop 7000.In recent years, with the continuous expansion of the company's business, there are four production bases in Beijing,Jinan,Beidaihe New Area,Nanpu Development Zone.

The company mainly deals in various specifications of FRP roof sheet and fiberglass pultrusion profiles,SMC moulding products, Hand lay-up,Among them,10 proprietary intellectual property technologies have been patented by the state.

Product Equipment
The company has 10 FRP pultrusion production lines, 1 the most advanced SMC sheet production lines in China,5 special hydraulic presses for SMC composite materials (100-3000 tons) and 2 RTM production lines.In addition,the company has a special chemical laboratory and physical laboratory,equipped with 100 T universal testing machine,Babbitt hardness tester,oxygen index tester,water content tester,viscometer and punch.Hit test machine and other high-precision production testing equipment.
